Introduction to The 2008 Figure Business Coaching Program
You have made a very important decision in your career to get involved in the 2008 Figure Business Coaching Program. The entire course is contained right here on this site and is broken into modules each one building upon the last. We have taken a multi-media approach to this course and have used all of the tools at our disposal to deliver a world class training that is only avaialble to you here exclusively. We will be deliving the entire training in many formats including audio, video, published materials and live telecalls and live streaming online audio. As long as you have an Internet connection and a phone line you can take full advantage of everything this course has to offer.
Each week we will have a live call that you can attend via a call in telephone number or we have made it available in live streaming audio that you can listen to anywhere in the world that has an Internet connection. The live calls will be for strictly seminar format training. For the first 12 weeks we will have a world class speaker on to discuss a specific topic. Because we have so many people enrolled in the class these calls will be training only and not question and answer. After the call is over there will be a place to submit questions and answers and each speaker will be back in a few weeks after their call to conduct a live question and answer interview. With this in mind, it is important that you complete all of the training and go through the information that corresponds with the Module for that week.
Additionally, we encourage you to ask questions on the BAP forum. The forum is available 24 hours a day to ask questions, comments, as well as to interact with others throughout the course. In addition to having us here to assist you, one of the great opportunities in a setting like this is the ability to interact and network with others. We strongly encourage you to get involved and network with others throughout the entire course.
After the speakers do their thingt for the first 12 weeks, we will then shift gears an start on the Interactive Multi-Layered Niche Building Workshop which will be lead by Brian Rodgers and will be delivered in workshop format over 12 additional weeks. This training will be more hands-on real estate spefic training and business planning.
At the end of the course, each participant will receive the entire training program shipped to their home on CD's. There is no cost at all for the CD's or the entire program for all BAP Platinum Members. So, if you do have to miss a call, it will be shipped to you via CD. It may also be posted online for download. This is just our way of thanking all of our loyal Platinum Members.
A few ground rules before you get started:
1. Do your best to attend each call and review all of the pre-call materials and training before getting on the calls.
2. Please send us all supporting documents before asking us to discuss your individual situation on the live calls. If you have a particular system, strategy etc. that is working or not working for you we definitely want to help. But unless we have all the facts, materials and supportting documents it is impossible to discuss an individual situation intelligently.
After using a pretty much every marketing system over the past 13 years I have pretty much seen everything and 99.9% of the time when something isn't working it is due to a simple addition, deletion or oversight on the part of the user. When we have everything in front of us we can usually get to the problem area and correct it quickly and efficiently. We have made a fax number available exclusively for students of this course and we strongly encourage you to take full advantage of it.
If you do ask a question that requires us to have additional information in our hands, we will simply ask you to send us the information and we can discuss it on the next call or in the forums.
3. Be open minded and positive. This is one of the best ways to build a long term business in what I believe is the best profession in the world!
One last item of discussion.....there are no magic pills in this business. I wish there were an ad, flyer, letter, script, website, etc. that I could give you that will be the answer to all of your issues in your real estate business that will provide you with all of the leads, clients and commissions you desire. Unfortunately, this just doesn't exist and will never exist. I do however have a set of solutions and a foundation that I and all of the speakers that are participating in this program will teach you step by step that with a little time, investment and commitment will set the stage for long term success in your business. If you follow the advice and steps given in this course your business will benefit whether you are new to the real estate business or if you have been in the game 20 years, there is always room for improvement.
